In January we welcome you who would like to make your own tiles, pottery for your garden or other things you have been wanting to make, to our ceramic studio in Bize-Minervois.
We work with different types of stoneware and hand building techniques and we will do our best to help you create your vision.
You are welcome every Thusday from January 22 to March 19 and again in May and September for glazing. Three hours of teacher assisted studio is 15 euros, paid on site. The clay will be weighed and paid for, 10 euros a kilo, before firing to cover the cost of two firings and glaze/colour materials. We have stoneware clays, slips and glazes in various colours.
What to bring: You will need an apron and work wear. We will supply the basic hand building tool kit.
You can also ask us to gaze according to your choice.
